Eventually yes. We already have alot of equipment to put in the back and we need to either put down carpet or rubber mat material. That will be the last part of the car we work on.

We were able to stop by the car as a group this weekend and took some daytime photos of the car.

Well the car's sirens work and are really loud, but they are a modern siren. We plan to install a speaker system later to play a mp3 loop of the Ecto siren with the theme song alternating for parades and display.

Work on the car has been continuing. The electrical and starter problems have been resolved and the alignment has been done. The car is now insured and driveable. Our friend that made our sniffer recently completed the satellite dish as well. The cross in the dish was watercut as well as the additional mounting brackets on the back side of the dish. The dish was painted and black screen added to the cross. On the feedhorn of the dish some custom machined aluminum pieces were added to give it a more techinical look than your traditional home dish. Our Captain Matt Haynes set the car up at his house for his Halloween display. The main lightbars were ran throughout the night. It was an instant hit and was a great preview of the reaction the car will get at events. It takes my breath away everytime I see it. There's still plenty to finish on the car but she's really getting there now.

Nice dude, Glad its pretty much done for ya....and ya know whats funny, not long after you posted this about your Ecto, i saw, in a gas station not far from my house, a 1958 Cadillac, Ambulance type body, sitting there, of course some one was drivin it, but i was like Damn if only Jeff new bout this lol

There's actually quite a few around us that has popped up. Event a 62 already with logo on it, but we were already so far along on ours we decided to keep going with it. Plus ours is closer to what they originally planned to use in the movie anyways.
