I remember the Casper one, that shit is funny as hell lol

It was funny but in the other way lots of GB fans saw it as an insult to the GB movies, Ray running away from ghosts?

Yeah but who the hell cares, Now a days shits funny as hell, remember ray was always the kinda wuss, mostly in the cartoon, so i mean it kinda works, he was the one always causin trouble.....GB 1 wit the STay Puft, GB 2 gettin turned into Vigo...he was always gettin fucked up...lol.....But that shit now is funny, not an insult at all to me

I was excited when I saw Ray running out of the house! Only cause I haven't seen anything ghostbuster related for a very long time till Casper came out. After I saw that I wanted MORE! lol

In an episode of Supernatural was called "Ghostfacers". Not only was that a reference to GB but two main guest characters, who hosted the paranormal reality show "Ghostfacers"(ripping off Ghost Hunters of SCIFI Channel), were named after two of the GB, ala Ed Zeddmore and Harry Spangler.

I was watching Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, on Discovery Channel. He's on a fishing ship that specializes in harvesting Slime Eels 40 miles off the shores of Maine. Since he said "Slime Eels" I was waiting for the reference to pop out. When they finally started to pull in the traps and sort the eels from the slime and mud the eels started making more slime he compared the amount of slime being produced from the eels as "It's like Aliens meets Ghostbusters." Thats one slimy as hell job.
